Tania´s moly arrived

finally posting this properly! Tania´s moly arrived here in Spain really fast, and i´ve been staring at it ever since. Not yet sure about the entry, but it´s definitely going to be something with hats!

Checking in

Hey guys, I hope everybody is doing well. The group is moving along beautifully and I'm very happy to be a part of it!

I just wanted to check in and say I know I'm over my month marker by a few days and just wanted to say that I'm not dead or hoarding books. I apologize for my delay. I was cast in two one act plays as part of a festival this term and was working on them simultaneously along with a large course load at school. My first play had its run this last weekend and my second one opens tomorrow and closes Thursday. This means I will get to work in Jen's moly this weekend and hopefully, if everything goes according to plan, mail it out Monday.

So, sorry for the delay. I just wanted to let you guys know what was up on my end and communicate my tardiness.

It was fun! Lidia and me are about to check out the cat-paradise, but we are a bit worried that our disguise isnt good enough to get us in.. Oh and Lidia's cat is in the drawing too.

Posting Tania's book to Jenny in Spain

I've been bedridden with yet another severe cold - this winter is the longest and coldest we've had in Denmark in many years, and all sorts of exotic colds are doing the rounds. Well, I'm finally caught up with some of the things that have been waiting on my recovery, and one of those is getting Tania's book posted to Jenny:



Jenny moved to Spain for the next 6 months, so the book is traveling a bit further South than the previous ones. I hope it finds Jenny happy and all settled into her new home in Spain :)

Next on my Moly-X list is Benjamin's book, which is sitting on my table waiting for art.

Follow Up

Dear friends artists, one week after Juanita's returns  I'd like to do a follow up.  I think it's nice to take advantage of the renewed spirit to ride strong again and I have some questions: 
Juanita: Which books do you have in your home?
Lidia: Have you received the Sandras's book from Juanita?
Sharon: Are you working on any  book to send directly to Lidia? 
Benjamin: Do you received the Sharon's book from me? 
Anastasiya: I imagine that you have my book, am I right? 
Ea: Still talking about the "Mario's lost book" , I saw in an old post you wrote to Calvin, do  you have his  e-mail addess?  I would like to try to him to retrieve this book and perhaps also Gustav's book.

Do you know if  someone returned the Calvin's book to him ? If not, where is the book?I want to apologize again because I sent my book and the Lidia's book directly to Tania and not to Benjamin.
Before the book leave Europe I would like to ask Sharon to send it directly to Benjamin to they  and Alecia could make their entries.I am very excited about our group, but we still have things to fix, many people still have no books in their hands. Let's keep the group informed, about this I would like to recall the Post made by Tania Few weeks ago:
1) You just got someone's book, post a comment!
 2) You just mailed someone's book out, post a comment! 
3) You have kept the book longer than a month but plan to work on it as soon as possible and mail it out, post a comment!
4) You no longer have time and need to leave the group but have someone's book?, Contact the next artist, get their address, mail it out, post a comment! 
5) You were sick, on vacation, work stressing you out but want to continue with the group but have not been able to work on books but you have them, post a comment!

Also I will repeat one part of the first post made on this Blog about the rules of Moly_X with which we all agree:
The concept:

1. The artists start with a large Moleskine sketchbook - Name, address, email address written in book. The book owner should include a few snapshots inside the back pocket and/or upload photos or video to their flickr account for the artists to choose from.

2. Each artist gets 1 month to make a sketchbook entry.

3. Please communicate regularly via email. Let each person know that you have received/sent the book. The goal is to have a dialogue. Any comments and questions are welcome.

Hey guys

First of all, I want to apologise for my behaviour in our project.

I want to tell you what happened to me. I'm working in a social organization in Colina, the city were I live here in Chile and also, working taking pictures in weddings and other ceremonys. I wasn't with much time.
I was very tired and dissapointed with my art works... they were too bad, I was in a very bad art mood.

Now, I'm in vacations and my creativity is returning... Sharon and all moly-x-portrait guys. I'm very sorry, serious. This week I finished Sandra´s book, I'm very happy with the result... If you want I can return all the books to Lidia, but I think I can still be in the group.



I didn't get married, I didn't check the blog, irresponsible, I was waiting my creativity returning...
So, tell me what to do... You want me to return the books or to continue here...
Sandra: Your book will fly tomorrow to Lidia's, sorry for my horrible delay.

Having had a look at her Flickr site I would assume that Juanita has just got married - probably been very busy arranging that and going on her honeymoon. I did email her yesterday about it all but in the meantime if I get any more Molys I'll skip her and pass them on to the next person on the list.
