Update on my book, and working on Alecia's

I was working on ideas for Alecia's book last month, before I came down with a bad case of bronchitis, and sketching out designs in the style of a sixties film poster with Alecia as a Bond babe type. When I saw Ramires' entry for Sandra's book I changed my mind about my entry - my idea seemed too close to what he had done (minus the genius times 2 spread with double function cutout!), so I've been re-working my ideas and moving on to the seventies for inspiration instead:



The design is pretty much in place - now I just need to work it into the book and make my girl look like the model :)

To keep the group updated: I wrote to Juanita this week and told her to pass my book on to Lidia. She has had the book for over 6 months, and although I appreciate her wish to stay in the group, I cannot accept to have my book held up any longer. As I wrote to her - the book will just have to pass back her way later, if she catches up.

So, Lidia, I hope you receive my book soon and things can move on again.
