Okay everyone here is my self portrait, i had a lot of fun drawing it and um any comments you have feel free to share. I will wait until the agreed date of Jan. 1st to mail my moleskine to Patti. This is gonna be a great moly party! I'm happy to be participating with all of you.

Hi, I'm Gustav Klim.

Ramires invited me to join the moly_x_portrait4.
I am grateful to him.
I'm pleased to take part in the group.
I'm ready to go. I have two kinds of Moleskine sketchbook.
One is the Japanese folding small book. Another is a sketchbook for water color.
I'm going to use the book for water color because it's larger than the other.
But I made a mistake. It's not vertical but horizontal.
Please prepare, everybody.


By the way, I have no camera. This is taken by mobile phone.

When do we start posting our books?

Is anyone working on their initial self-portrait yet? I've been playing around with an idea, and will see where it takes me in sketches before committing to the accordion Moleskine.

Should we set a date for posting our books to the next person? It would be nice if we could manage a steady circulation of books, rather than them arriving in groups. Would the beginning of January be okay for everyone to post their book on to the next person?

Edited to add: are you planning on starting your book with a sign in page? That seems to be the custom in Moly-X in general.

Hey everyone,
Its really great to be here and part of this group. Sorry about the late intro. My name is Mario, and I am an artist living in New York City. I have posted some pics on my Flikr, if you all want to take a look.
